Raw honey is defined
as honey as it is produced by bees in the hive or by extracting
it without adding any heat above 110 Degrees Fahrenheit (the natural
tempature that bees maintain the honey in the hive), a practice
that is common within the commercial industry. Since raw honey is
healthier, full of valuable enzymes, and simply tastes better, it
is why we distribute honey from only producers that have the same
quality standards as we do.
Our producers of raw honey spin the honey comb and any leftover
wax is strained from the pure honey.
Our honey producers
make their raw honey from a variety of local flowers, and the end
result is our delicious line of naturally sweet honey, including
Alfalfa, Orange Blossom Honey, Sage, Avocado, Clover, and Wild Flower.
